The iVi provides an added layer of protection by automatically generating a call for assistance if a fall is detected and the individual is unable to push the help button.

 

Cancellation button enables the wearer to cancel activations if required, reducing the number of false calls.

The Mobile-Mate device provides you with access to our Response Center virtually anywhere you may go. Whether at home, in the garden or on a walk in the local park, you can feel secure knowing that help is readily available should you need it.

 

With its built in GPS and LBS technology your Mobile-Mate assists the Response Center Operator in identifying your location if the need arises.

 

Additionally, the fall detection feature will automatically alert the Response Center Operator if its sensors detect a fall.

  • What are the benefits of an Emergency Response Service?

    An Emergency Response Service provides assistance to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The service allows you to remain independent, at home, but it also provides you the sense of security knowing that there is help at your fingertips at a low monthly cost.

  • Who can benefit from an Emergency Response Service?

    - Individuals that have fallen or have frequent falls

    - Individuals that live alone or are alone for extended hours per day.

    - Any individual that would benefit from the security of knowing they have an emergency response service to rely on for help when needed.

  • Who is contacted once the Emergency Response Service button is pushed?

    Your call will be directed to a medical monitoring service. A customer service representative, that is available 24 hours a day, will answer the phone and communicate to you through the 2-way monitoring device. If your call is an emergency, the customer service representative will direct your call to 9-1-1 and may also contact your family or friends if requested.

  • How much does the service cost?

    The Emergency Response Service is provided to you at a low cost of $30-42 depending on the service that fits your needs. To learn more, please call 359-3733 for more information.

  • If I’m not able to speak at the time of the emergency call, will someone be notified?

    If there is not a voice detection at the time of the call, our Response Center will automatically contact 9-1-1 as well as any friends or family members listed as responders.

  • What if I press the pendant on accident?

    All pendants have a cancellation button to stop the call. If the pendant has been activated and a customer service representative answers, you may let the representative know you are ok and they may cancel the call.

  • Do I have to sign a long-term agreement?

    You do not have to sign a long-term agreement. All contracts are on a month-to month basis.

  • What are the features of the Emergency Response Service?

    Our clients have the choice of choosing a wristband, a necklace or a belt pendant... All pendants are waterproof and can be worn in the shower or bathtub.

  • Who will install my Emergency Response Service?

    One of our friendly Care Advisors will be happy to provide a personal installation for you. At this time, the Care Advisor will install your service, contact the medical monitoring company to test the service and show you features of the service.

  • How far within my home will the Emergency Response Service remain active?

    The Emergency Response Service has a range of 400 feet. However, we have a GPS option that may be more suitable for those individuals that leave their home frequently. For more information about this service, please contact us at 359-3733.

  • How will the Response Center know which hospital I need to go to?

    Our Care Advisors will add this information to your Subscriber Information Sheet so the Response Center is aware of the hospital you choose for services.
